Payout Policy – Viralspace

Effective date: February 28, 2026

This Payout Policy explains how Viralspace handles commission earnings, validation, escrow release, deductions, thresholds, payment schedules, methods, and disputes for Affiliates/Creators. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all performance-based (CPS) commissions earned through claimed offers, Creator Pages, and confirmed sales. By participating as an Affiliate/Creator, you agree to this policy.

1. Commission Earning & Validation

Commissions are earned only on confirmed sales (CPS model): a buyer completes a purchase via your Creator Page, payment is held in escrow, the seller confirms delivery (or auto-confirms per policy), and no refunds/chargebacks occur within the validation window.

• Commission rates are set per offer (e.g., percentage of sale or fixed amount) and visible when claiming.
• Certified affiliates (via our Training Program) may unlock higher rates or premium offers.
• Actions are tracked via platform cookies/pixels; we validate for fraud (e.g., self-referrals, fake traffic) before approval.
• Validation/locking period: Commissions lock 30 days after sale confirmation to allow for returns/chargebacks.

2. Escrow Release & Commission Release

Buyer payments are held in escrow until delivery confirmation. Upon release:

• Seller receives funds (minus platform/seller fees).
• Affiliate commission is credited to your Viralspace balance as "Available" (subject to final fraud/return checks).

If a dispute arises or refund occurs post-release, we may reverse or clawback the commission.

3. Deductions & Platform Fees

Commissions shown are gross; we deduct:

• Platform fee (e.g., 10–20% depending on offer tier disclosed per offer).
• Any applicable transaction or payment processing fees.

Net commission is what appears in your balance.

4. Minimum Payout Threshold

You must accumulate at least $100 USD (or equivalent in supported currency) in Available balance before requesting a payout. This threshold helps cover processing costs and reduces administrative overhead. Earnings below threshold roll over to the next cycle.

5. Payout Schedule & Net Terms

Payouts are processed on a Net-30 basis: Requests or automatic payouts occur within 30 days after the end of the month in which commissions become eligible (post-validation/escrow release).

• Example: Commissions confirmed/locked in January become payable by end of February (Net-30).
• We aim for faster processing where possible, but Net-30 allows time for final checks/refunds.
• Automatic payouts if threshold met and payment method on file; otherwise, manual request via dashboard.

6. Payment Methods

Supported methods (subject to your location and verification):

• PayPal (fastest, low fees; recommended).
• Bank transfer / ACH / Wire (may have higher minimums or fees).
• Other options (e.g., crypto in select regions) added periodically.

You must verify your payout details in the dashboard. We do not support checks or cash.

7. Taxes & Withholding

You are responsible for all taxes on commissions. We may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-MISC for US users) if required by law. We withhold taxes where legally mandated (e.g., for non-US residents without treaty forms).

8. Disputes & Reversals

Raise payout disputes within 30 days via support. We investigate fraud, invalid sales, or errors. Approved commissions are final after payout; clawbacks may apply for post-payout refunds/chargebacks.

9. Inactive Accounts & Forfeiture

Balances inactive (no logins/claims) for 12+ months may be forfeited after notice. Dormant accounts below threshold may close without payout.

10. Changes to Payout Policy

We may update this policy. Changes posted here with new effective date; significant updates notified via email/dashboard. Continued participation after changes means acceptance.
