General Questions

Viralspace is an affiliate marketing platform that connects brands with affiliates (content creators and influencers). Brands list their products on our marketplace, affiliates generate unique promotional links to share with their audience, and everyone earns when sales happen. All transactions are protected by our escrow system for security and trust.

Viralspace is designed for two types of users: Brands (businesses and product owners who want to sell their products through affiliate marketing) and Affiliates (content creators, influencers, bloggers, and marketers who want to earn commissions by promoting products). Anyone can sign up and choose their role.

Yes! Signing up is completely free for both brands and affiliates. Brands pay a small listing fee when adding products and a commission on each sale. Affiliates pay nothing — you only earn money when you successfully promote products.

When a buyer purchases through an affiliate link, payment is held securely in escrow by Viralspace. The brand ships the product, and once the buyer confirms delivery (or after a set verification period), funds are released to the brand and the affiliate's commission is credited. This protects all parties — buyers get their products, brands get paid, and affiliates earn their commissions reliably.

For Affiliates

Click "Get Started" and select "Affiliate" during the signup process. You'll complete a brief onboarding survey about your interests, audience, and promotional channels. Once your account is verified, you can immediately browse the marketplace and start generating promotional links for products you want to promote.

Commission rates are set by each brand and vary by product — typically ranging from 5% to 30% or more. You can see the exact commission rate displayed on each product before generating your promotional link. Higher-priced products and exclusive deals often offer better commission rates.

When you find a product you want to promote, click "Generate Link" to get your unique trackable URL. Share this link on your social media, blog, YouTube, TikTok, or any platform. When someone clicks your link and makes a purchase, the sale is automatically tracked and credited to your account. You can monitor all your clicks, conversions, and earnings in your dashboard.

Go to your Wallet in the dashboard, add your bank account details, and request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed and sent directly to your Nigerian bank account. You can view minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and your complete transaction history in your wallet section.

You can promote products anywhere you have an audience! Popular channels include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, blogs, email newsletters, WhatsApp status, and Telegram channels. Choose products that match your audience's interests for the best conversion rates.

For Brands

Sign up and select "Brand" during registration. Complete the brand onboarding survey, then navigate to "Add Product" in your dashboard. Upload product photos, write compelling descriptions, set your price and commission rate for affiliates. Products are reviewed by our team, and once approved, they appear in the marketplace for affiliates to discover and promote.

You have full control over commission rates. When listing a product, you specify the percentage affiliates will earn per sale. Competitive commission rates (typically 10-25%) attract more affiliates and increase your product's visibility. You can adjust rates anytime to run promotions or boost interest.

After a customer purchases your product, you'll receive a notification to ship the order. Once the buyer confirms delivery (or after the verification period expires), funds are released from escrow to your wallet minus the platform fee and affiliate commission. You can then withdraw to your bank account.

Brands pay a small listing fee when adding products to the marketplace. Additionally, a platform commission is deducted from each successful sale. The affiliate commission you set is also deducted from the sale price. All fees are transparent and displayed before you list your product.

Orders & Disputes

If a buyer hasn't received their order, they can request a refund before confirming delivery. The escrow system ensures their payment is protected. Our support team will mediate between the buyer and brand to resolve the issue. Funds are only released when both parties are satisfied or after proper investigation.

Navigate to your Orders page and find the relevant order. Click "Request Refund" or "Open Dispute" and provide details about the issue. Include photos or evidence if applicable. Our support team will review your case and work toward a fair resolution within 48-72 hours.

Yes. If you receive a damaged product or one that doesn't match the listing description, open a dispute with photo evidence before confirming delivery. Our team will review the case. If the dispute is valid, you'll receive a full refund from escrow. Brands who repeatedly have valid disputes may face account penalties.

Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the verification period expires (6 hours after the brand marks the order as shipped). This gives buyers adequate time to receive and inspect their purchase before funds are released.
