Click "Get Started" and select "Affiliate" during signup. Complete a brief onboarding survey about your interests and audience. Once verified, you can browse the marketplace and start generating promotional links immediately.
Sign up and select "Brand" during registration. Add your products with photos, descriptions, pricing, and set your commission rate. Products are reviewed and once approved, they appear in the marketplace for affiliates to promote.
When a buyer purchases through an affiliate link, payment is held in escrow by Viralspace. The brand ships the product. Once the buyer confirms delivery (or after a set period), funds are released to the brand and the affiliate's commission is credited to their wallet.
Commission rates are set by each brand and vary by product — typically ranging from 5% to 30% or more. You can see the exact commission rate on each product before generating your promotional link.
Go to your Wallet in the dashboard, add your bank account details, and request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed and sent to your Nigerian bank account. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in your wallet.
Signing up is free for both brands and affiliates. Brands pay a small listing fee when adding products, and a commission is deducted from each sale. Affiliates pay nothing — you only earn.
If a buyer has an issue with their order, they can request a refund before confirming delivery. Our support team reviews disputes and mediates between parties. The escrow system ensures funds are only released when both sides are satisfied.
