Payout Policy

Effective date: March 18, 2026

This Payout Policy explains how Viralspace handles earnings, commission validation, escrow release, payment processing, and withdrawals for both Affiliates and Brands. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By participating on Viralspace, you agree to this policy.

1. How Earnings Work

For Affiliates:

Affiliates earn commissions on confirmed sales made through their unique promotional links. Commission rates are set by each brand and displayed on the product listing before you generate your link.

• Commissions are credited to your wallet after the escrow is released (when the buyer confirms delivery or 6 hours after shipment)
• All clicks, conversions, and earnings are tracked in your dashboard
• Commission rates typically range from 5% to 30% depending on the product

For Brands:

Brands receive payment for sales after the buyer confirms delivery or the escrow verification period expires.

• Funds are released to your wallet minus platform fees and affiliate commission
• Platform fees are disclosed when listing products
• You can track all orders, shipments, and earnings in your dashboard

2. Escrow & Payment Release

When a buyer purchases through an affiliate link:

1. Payment is held securely in escrow by Viralspace
2. The brand is notified to ship the product
3. Brand marks the order as shipped with tracking information
4. Buyer confirms delivery OR 6 hours pass after shipment
5. Escrow releases: Brand receives sale amount (minus fees), Affiliate receives commission

If a dispute is raised before confirmation, funds remain in escrow until resolved by our support team.

3. Platform Fees

Viralspace charges the following fees:

• Listing Fee: A small fee when brands add products to the marketplace
• Transaction Fee: A percentage deducted from each sale (disclosed at listing)
• Withdrawal Fee: Processing fees for bank transfers (displayed at withdrawal)

All fees are transparently shown before you complete any action. Affiliates pay no fees — you only earn.

4. Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

You must accumulate at least ?5,000 in your available wallet balance before requesting a withdrawal. This threshold helps cover bank transfer processing costs. Earnings below the threshold remain in your wallet and roll over.

5. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed as follows:

• Go to your Wallet in the dashboard and click "Withdraw"
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
• Confirm your bank account details are correct
• Submit your withdrawal request
• Funds are typically processed within 24-48 hours on business days

Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.

6. Payment Method

Viralspace currently supports withdrawals to:

• Nigerian Bank Accounts: All major Nigerian banks supported (GTBank, First Bank, Access Bank, UBA, Zenith Bank, etc.)

You must add and verify your bank account details in your dashboard settings before requesting a withdrawal. Ensure your account name matches your Viralspace profile name.

7. Taxes & Compliance

You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings. Viralspace does not withhold taxes on your behalf. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your obligations.

8. Disputes & Reversals

If a buyer requests a refund before confirming delivery and the dispute is approved:

• The sale is reversed
• If commission was already credited, it will be deducted from your wallet
• Brands will not receive payment for refunded orders

Raise any payout disputes within 14 days by contacting support. We investigate all claims fairly.

9. Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant. We will attempt to contact you before taking any action. Unclaimed balances in dormant accounts may be forfeited after proper notice, in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Payout Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a dashboard notification. Continued use of Viralspace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
